Adam was found to have a heart condition during a routine sports physical.  Recently he started to develop symptoms and was told he needed a new valve.  Surgery was done on Sept 4th and unfortunately he has experienced a few setbacks.  He was discharged only to be readmitted a day later with complications.  We are asking for any donations to help Adam and his family with their mounting medical bills and expenses while he is out of work recovering.
