Adalberto Pagan or "Berto" as we would call him was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Chicago later moving to NYC and settling in the Bronx. Working with Berto, we all remember his smile and constant positive energy  regardless of what was going on. He was a key character in our kitchen family and will be sorely missed. 

Berto left us unexpectedly on Christmas Eve leaving behind his wife and seven children. We are raising funds to help his family with all of the expenses that come with a sudden loss of a partner & father. 

We will miss Berto deeply and hope that by running this campaign we can try our best to assist his family during this hard time.
