Hello there, my name is Brandon, but my friends call me Boomer. I am 38-years-old & WAS perfectly healthy. Or so I thought until my Friday night ER visit for a suspected hernia, turned into being admitted into the hospital. I recently learned I have growths in my lymphatic system and an obstructed SVC (a main artery) basically a clot the Dr’s are worried about.. Making me wish I was dealing with just a hernia. These unfortunate discoveries make the reality of what’s to come scary, if I’m to be honest. I’m a father and in a relationship to where my girlfriend will now be having to bare the financial burden of me having to be out of work for the upcoming months. I’m now in a hurry-up and wait game while we wait for the results from all the tests I’ve endured! Praying that the ‘C’ word isn’t found to be true (as the doctors have said is a fearful possibility) I thank you for your compassion and generosity Brandon
