I had the wonderful opportunity to become involved in Acumen this year through their Next program and am in awe of the incredible work the organization is doing to address poverty on a global scale. Acumen remains as forward-thinking as they were two decades ago, when they embarked on a journey to bridge philanthropy and market-based investing through patient capital.

Acumen's original concept of the nonprofit impact investing fund has developed into an international network of visionary entrepreneurs, social change leaders, donors, and partners. I am proud to be working alongside Acumen and am happy to mark this year as my first of annual fundraising.
