Activist Stabbed by Proud Boy Needs Medical Aid

My friend was out on November 14th in Washington, D.C.  to protest fascist violence and threats to the DC BIPOC & Queer community. 

During the protest, an opposing group, assumed to be the Proud Boys, sought out their protest group with the intention of inciting violence.  As they were working to help get their fellow protestors away from the opposing group, they were stabbed from behind three times. They never touched or saw their assailant. 

The stabbing resulted in internal bleeding in their lung and staples in the 3 wounds and they're still regaining full mobility in their lower back. Their attacker is still at large, so they've chosen to remain anonymous for now, but identify as a proud Queer DC resident and will continue to support the community.

Unfortunately, they are currently uninsured and are expecting a hospital bill over $10,000. Any aid you can offer them is greatly appreciated!
