My name is Simon Sylvester. I am from the Bronx, NY. I am a recovered addict of 1 year and 3 months, and most importantly, I love Jesus Christ.

Jesus has given me a mission to occupy the space of anaerobic and aerobic exercise through private personal training and developing a Christ-centered gym. At the center of my life is Jesus Christ, and I intend to share the Gospel while training individuals to be their best selves.

I am accepting donations that will contribute to the renovation of the personal training studio. I aspire to create a safe space for healing, exercise, and most importantly, the ability to seek Jesus Christ.
