Action Trackchair for Carter
Donation protected

Hi, my name is Bram. This is a picture of my cousin, Carter, and me when we were younger. By this point you’re probably wondering why he is in a wheelchair. My cousin was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the young age of two. Cerebral palsy can affect different people in different ways. Cerebral palsy affects my cousin by making his muscles weak and in addition makes his speech slurred. It also makes it so he can’t walk without assistance.

Carter and I love to watch sports together and go bowling. His father and our grandfather have a self-owned construction company and another thing we love to do is go on the job sites. This might sound contradictory to my earlier statement, but this is what the Action Trackchair will help with. This chair will help my cousin on the job site. All he is able to do now is to sit and watch them work. However, with the new wheelchair, he will earn so much more independence. This chair will help him around the job site by making it so he can get tools. It will also make it easier for our grandfather and his father so they don’t have to carry him everywhere, making it easier to transport him.

For more information on the Action Trackchair visit the website
The new chair will help him be able to do all these things. This chair is especially helpful for the outdoors because instead of flat, smooth wheels it has tracks like a tank and it is also motorized so he can operate it himself. This chair will help him exponentially.

Just think, if you were a 15 year old boy or girl with no medical problems, what do you think you’d be doing? You’d be hanging out with friends, going to movies, getting your driver’s permit and learning how to be more independent. Please help me make it so Carter can earn his. Thank you for your time. Please consider donating. Any donations will help. In order for Carter to enjoy his Trackchair yet this summer, please help me raise the money by July 31, 2018. P.S. please share on social networks.
