Fair Judgement and memorial to Ruth Perry.

We continue to believe that the current Ofsted is inadequate, unreliable, misleading and fundamentally unfair. However, after extensive legal work by Irwin Mitchell and Catherine Callaghan KC, we have reluctantly concluded that we have no realistic prospect of winning a case for judicial review.

We have received a detailed breakdown of costs for the legal work from solicitors and counsel, which has extended over several months. The total, including VAT, is £13,410, which we have paid. The total raised was £46,566, and gofundme fees are £2724. This leaves a balance of £30, 433 (pence excluded from this calculation). which has been accepted by the governors of Caversham School for the erection of a suitable monument to the late Ruth Perry.
