Support Baby Leo's Open Heart Surgery Journey

Hi everyone, my name is Kaylin.

For those of you that don’t know, Caitlyn Simons, a dear friend and coworker, gave birth on 2/24/25 to a beautiful baby boy named Leo. Shortly after birth, Mom and Dad received heart breaking news, Leo was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot. TOF is a congenital heart defect that will require open heart surgery. The surgery has now been scheduled for June 5th in Cincinnati. Baby Leo will be in the hospital for at least a week, longer if there are any complications. Caitlyn and her husband, Derek, are both having to take unpaid time off work in order to be there with Leo, all while having two more precious kids at home. At a time like this, the last thing I want for them is to be stressed about finances. Being the people that they are, they would never ask for help, but I am. All money raised will be going to bills, gas, food, and a hotel for when he has the surgery. If you aren’t able to donate, I do ask that you pray or send good thoughts. Baby Leo is so loved, and right now we should allow Mom and Dad to focus on just him. And as the saying goes, it takes a village ❤️
