Acromegaly and Gigantism of the pituitary

My name is Roxana Georgeta Rosu , I am 32 years old and on the 24.02.2021 I had recieved the most shocking news in my life! I have been diagnosticated with  Acromegaly And Gigantism of the pituitary gland! So the tests have shown that I have a tumor based next to the optic nerve and the brain. It's 19.58/15.68 mm enlarged, with demineralization of the dorsal and doubled frontal opacity 10 mm between and above the inhomogeneous clinoids. The risk on going blind is very high, because of the position of the tumor. Unfortunately I will need a very expensive surgery, which I canot afford, and that is why I need your help. Thank you!
