L'associazione Equinozio OdV nasce dal desiderio di assicurare un futuro a tutti i cavalli o equidi in generale che, per i più svariati motivi, si trovano in pericolo o senza una famiglia.

Uno dei nostri obiettivi principali è quello di diffondere il concetto di cavallo come AMICO e compagno di vita e non come strumento utile a raggiungere i nostri scopi personali.

L'associazione si propone di aiutare cavalli maltrattati o che il proprietario non può più mantenere, cavalli destinati al macello, o all'eutanasia in quanto ormai anziani, o seppur giovani con problematiche fisiche e psicologiche.

Equinozio si regge sulle uniche forze delle donazioni e del volontariato!

COSA FACCIAMO:

-Salviamo equidi mantenendoli nel nostro branco e li aiutiamo sia dal punto di vista fisico che da quello psicologico.

-Troviamo famiglie nuove per i cavalli salvati con controlli pre e post affido.

-Siamo di supporto a chi si impegna ad aiutare cavalli bisognosi.

-Organizziamo raccolte fondi, banchetti e cene per sostenere le spese del mantenimento, dei veterinari, dei medicinali e integratori dei nostri e altri cavalli.

-Organizziamo corsi e giornate a tema per far conoscere il mondo del cavallo.

ENGLISH VERSION

The Equinozio OdV organisation was born out of the desire to ensure a future for all of those horses who, for various reasons, find themselves in danger or without a family.

One of our main goals is to spread the idea of seeing horses as FRIENDS and lifelong companions, rather than just tools to achieve our personal goals, a means to an end.

Our organisation focuses on helping horses that have been mistreated or whose owners can no longer care for them, and horses destined for slaughter or euthanasia due to old age or physical and psychological issues, even if they are young.

Equinozio relies solely on donations and volunteer work!

-We save equines by keeping them in our herd and helping them both physically and psychologically.

-We find new families for the rescued horses with pre- and post-adoption checks.

-We support those who are committed to helping horses in need.

-We organize fundraising events, markets, and dinners to support the costs of maintenance, veterinary care, medications, and supplements for our horses.

-We organize courses and themed days to raise awareness about the horse world.
