Twilla's funeral expenses

Our names are David and Carol Canchola and are very close friends and spiritual mentors of Twilla Marie Hanks.  We met Twilla through our Church and she graduated from the Church's Ministry Training Institute of which we were two of the Directors.

With our deepest regret, Twilla Marie Hanks, graduated from her earthly life to her heavenly life with Jesus on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at 9:00am as she was getting ready for Church.  No matter how sick she was, she was faithful to her Lord and Congregation.  She leaves behind a devestated, elderly mother whom she was the sole caregiver.

There will be a Memorial Service for Twilla on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Easthill Church Youth Center, 50 NW 5th Street, Gresham, Or.  97030.  Service will start at 11:00 am.  Refreshments will be graciously provided by the Easthill Church Family. 

Twilla was a passionate, contstant witness to many about her deep love for Jesus Christ and His people.  She brought many folks from Africa, Israel and other places around the globe to the Lord with her gift of Ministry.  Aslo, locally wherever she went her outgoing and precious personality drew people to her and she instinctively turned the conversations to spirirtual things.  As a result, she lead many people to Christ and brought physical healing to many people through the prayer of faith.  

Twilla lived with her mother, Mikey and her beloved feline children, Hoover and Precious.  Twilla was her mother's sole caregiver and income source other than Social Security.  They lived together in a two bedroom apartment for which Mikey will not be abe to afford now that Twilla's income is not available.  Part of this Go Fund Me account will go to assist her mother, Mikey, as she transitions into an affordable situation with dignity.
It's in this time of need that we ask her friends and people of faith to help with Twilla's final expenses, as her income was limited. Again, this fund will go towards her final expenses, closing medical expenses, closing living expenses and assisting her mother.

There is an immediate need for funding so that the funeral home can proceed.

Any heartfelt contributions will be greatly (beyond greatly) appreciated and with Godly wisdom maximized to the fullest to help our sisters in Christ.  Thank you!
