Hello, my name is Felipe, and I am currently a student-athlete at York University. I play for the university’s soccer team, which has always been one of my biggest passions and dreams. Unfortunately, I recently suffered a serious knee injury (ACL tear), and after consulting with doctors, surgery is the only way for me to fully recover and return to the field.

As an international student, the cost of surgery and recovery is overwhelming.

I am reaching out to ask for your support—every contribution, no matter the size, will bring me one step closer to play soccer again. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me fight for my dream and future.

Hola, mi nombre es Felipe y actualmente soy estudiante de la Universidad de York. Juego en el equipo de fútbol de la universidad, lo cual siempre ha sido una de mis mayores pasiones y sueños. Lamentablemente, sufrí una grave lesión en la rodilla (ruptura de ligamento cruzado anterior), y tras consultar con los médicos, la cirugía es la única opción para poder recuperarme por completo y volver a jugar.

Como estudiante internacional, el costo de la cirugía y la rehabilitación es demasiado alto para cubrirlo por mi cuenta. Desde el fondo de mi corazón, gracias por ayudarme a luchar por mi sueño y por mi futuro. Sé que con la ayuda de Dios regresaré más fuerte que antes.
