Medical Expenses for Sam.

Hi my name is Dan Casanova, I’m raising money to cover medical expenses for my son Sammy. A few weeks ago we noticed Sam had multiple symptoms. Today we find ourselves dealing with Lupus. Sam has been at Driscoll Children’s Hospital since Tuesday April 12th. We’re asking for donation to cover his medical bills and medications along with any other expenses that may arise due to this sickness. What ever you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
