Ace's Brave Journey Against Cancer

Hi everyone! My name is Kristalyn Porter and I am sharing this story on behalf of my brother, Joseph Barrows and his fiancée, Hannah Baker. They are the amazing parents of my handsome nephew, Ace Barrows.

Ace is a wonderful, fun and energetic 2 year old. Back on March 25, 2025, Ace was diagnosed with a rare cancer, Rhabdomyosarcoma. In short, he has a tumor in his lower abdomen. This diagnosis came less than 1 month before his 2nd birthday. He has been undergoing chemotherapy every week since the beginning of April 2025. Ace is scheduled for surgery on June 02, 2025 to remove the tumor and we are praying for a successful outcome. There will be out of state radiation treatment as well as travel costs and many trips to and from all weekly treatments Ace has been having to undergo. On top of the medical and travel expenses, Joseph has had to take extensive time off from work to be at the hospital and all appointments with Hannah and Ace, placing a very big financial strain on their family.

With that being said, no amount of money will be able to cure Ace of this awful disease, however any amount you can afford to help will go a long way with my family. No matter how old you are, no one deserves to go through the battle that my family is having to endure, let alone a baby who has yet to have a chance to live life.
