Ace jr’s surgery

Hello everyone my name is Josh and I’m looking for help for my rescued dog, Ace jr. My poor pup has a sock or something similar stuck in his stomach, it’s been 5 days he hasn’t passed it, he won’t eat, he’s lost 20 lbs, and he needs help immediately ,I spent 270$ we didn’t have at the vet, now I’m at south shore animal center in Weymouth Massachusetts and the surgery will be 6,000$. Please god any help is extremely appreciated and I’m willing to do anything to pay it back, thanks for reading ❤️
