This budget includes land, materials, labor, resources etc. I am asking that potential donors donate with what they feel most comfortable with, certainly, but to those who donate $1,000 or more, I am offering lucrative incentives:
Included Incentives:
Donations of $999 or less: 5x useable 50% discount code & special thank you gift!
Donations of $1000 or more: 5 Free 2-Night stays, up to 5 people, when vacant, within a 5-year period (2x per month use).
Donations of $5,000 or more: 10 Free 2-Night stays, up to 5 people, when vacant, within a 5-year period (2x per month use).
Donations of $10,000 or more: 20 Free 2-Night stays, up to 5 people, when vacant, within a 5-year period (2x per month use).
Donations of $25,000 or more:
Unlimited Free 2-Night Stays, up to 5 people for ten years, when vacant (2x per month use). Free Marketing/Advertising for your business, organization, and church. Priority donor selection on future projects in which the incentives/gifts would repeat.
Note: When the target goal of $500,000 is reached, the incentives/gifts will be adjusted according to business needs, at least until the next project is ready; at that time, the incentives will reset for each project but thank you for your continued donations.

I have also created lucrative incentives for potential investors, which I'd be happy to discuss with a signed NDA.
All resources, mentorship, knowledge, and advice will be appreciated! When the short-term target goal of $100,000 is reached, updates will be provided on a Bi-Weekly basis until further notice.
