Hi my name is Sarah, I live in our community for over 20 years.

I am suffering from Calcific tendonitis in my *right shoulder*. This affects my whole right arm down to my hand and I go trough acute debilitating pain non-stop everyday with great inflammation . I suffer levels of pain like childbirth contractions levels 10/10 especially at night. It feels like an intense burning ice pick, poked down my shoulder up to my hand+ twisted tendons . I have been on naproxen anti-inflammatory medecine /Tylenol & contant ice for a week now unable to do the simplest tasks necessary for life.I need constant assistance. Naproxen the anti-inflammatory medication hurts my stomach very much . I am a mother of 4 children who need me and we are from the Jewish Community. I work with seniors bringing them joy and make activities and my husband works as a Mashguiah . I do not have any work insurance neither does my husband at the MK. We are not a rich family , I am a convert and I dont have family who will help me. I am asking your help , your tsedaka & kindness to REMOVE this terrible pain from my body with :

- Barbotage cleaning (Endoscopic Calcific crystals removal) To remove and breakdown the calcium under my shoulder and it will * remove my pain in 24/48 hours completely*

- A cortisone shot to speed healing and provide relief after the procedure

- For Physiotherapy sessions in CSL to help keep & recover full function of my *Right arm*

All of the above so I can go back to work , remain pain-free ~live my life~drive my car ,and be a mother and wife again. You may have the power to remove this terrible pain from my body & do an absolute great mitzvah and I am calling on your kindness to help me .
