Masks 4 Kids Law Suit

Roberts O'Kelly Law is fighting FOR mask mandates in school. We are bringing a judicial review and Charter challenge to the February 8 decision to lift and prohibit mask mandates in schools. This case is being brought on behalf of children with disabilities or other medically complex issues.

 

So far, we have had GREAT success, including the ordering of an Amended Record (i.e. all that was before HInshaw when she made her decision on February 8).

 

To bring this case to the next level, we need your help in fundraising to support the costs of litigation.

All funds received through this fundraiser will be deposited into the law firm trust account operated by Roberts O'Kelly Law (via Sharon Roberts who manages the Trust Account) and used to cover the costs of this case and for no other purpose. All funds will be spent by Roberts O'K elly on litigation costs.
