Accidents Happen... WARNING GRAPHIC!!!

Hello, My name is Rafael or Raf to some others. If you know me, you know I am not one to ask for any kind of help. It’s how I was raised. However, these past two months have been knicking, not only me but my family down harder and harder as time goes by. We stick together and are a tough family, but this time we need a little help getting up. On April 7th my stepfather Gary was struck by a baseball going 80 mph. Where might you ask? Right in his eye. Thanks to the amazing surgeons at Wills Eye, they were able to save the eye but unfortunately, Gary will most likely never see out of his eye again. Gary was working full time to support us as much as possible. This incident as you could imagine is keeping Gary out of work for a decent time. I write this message today asking for anyone from family, friends, to even strangers. Please help in any matter that you can. We aren’t asking for much but anything can help us. You might say why can’t you help? I would say, I am trying my hardest. Life hasn’t been so easy on me either the past two months and those who know me understand why. I’m not asking to drop $50 or $100. All I am asking is for you to help my family in any way that you can for us to keep up with the curve balls life is throwing at us.
