Wheelchair Van for Jaxston Drai

Aloha family and friends near and far,

My name is Jacquelyn, a single mother and primary caregiver to my special needs son Jaxston Drai also known as JD is kindly asking for help from the community.

He's diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (Spastic Quadriparesis), Epilepsy, Scoliosis, Nonverbal, Tracheostomy and Jejunostomy Tube Dependent.

My goal is to raise money to purchase a Wheelchair Accessible Van. This will benefit him from being transported to and from school, doctor appointments, and other outdoor activities. This will also benefit me from not getting injured because he depends on me from doing all the transfers.

Although he had numerous surgeries and still counting, he is a TRUE FIGHTER and a WARRIOR. As he gets older, he faces new challenges despite of beating the odds of one after another.
