Accessible Van for Lily

The financial stresses of caring for Lily continue to be difficult for our family. Managing transportation for her appointments in Ottawa and Montreal without an accessible vehicle is getting harder. We are looking to convert a minivan for wheelchair access. The cost for this is around $30K and we also need to buy a new van.

Lily's cancer and epilepsy treatments over the past 6.5 years have resulted in many complications including partial paralysis, hormone deficiencies, metabolic abnormalities and severe visual impairments. Despite these challenges, she is full of joy, love and laughter. To know Lily is to smile and dance everyday.

Our family is so grateful for all the kindness they have experienced thus far. Lily's story is one of hope, perseverance and community. Every little bit has helped Lily thrive. Thank-you.
