1. Steps at front entrance

2. Block has a steep hill

3. No consistent running water for flushing waste, washing hands, showering, cooking, and cleaning.

4. No consistent electricity leading to food waste & food poisoning. CPAP machine and wheelchair needs electricity.

5. Hostile, racist, and transphobic landlord
