Help Bree move to accessible housing

Hello friends! The lease on the apartment my partner and I share is up in October, and we cannot afford to renew because they are raising the rent significantly. But because I am disabled and we spend so much on medical bills, we don't have any savings available for moving costs. We feel backed into a terrible corner, I need housing that is accessible & safe for my chronic illnesses (EDS, MCAS), and at this point we have no choice but to ask for help.
Assorted costs like application fees and moving truck rental we should be able to cover, but moving deposits and first & last month's rent for a new place is impossible to save up for without me skipping doctors appointments or med refills etc. We will hopefully be moving to a rental house instead of an apartment, so that we can better control the environment for my safety (past apartments have triggered my chronic illnesses with mold, allergens, fragrances, etc. that we couldn't do anything about.)
^ With all that in mind, we estimate deposits and first&last month rent on a rental house would be between $4k - 5k.
My partner has a fantastic full-time job, I have a part-time job, and we also have a roommate with a steady job lined up for wherever we move next, so we will definitely be able to keep up with rent at a new place once moving costs are behind us. In fact, with our roommate sharing rent, we will finally be able to start saving some money and paying off the $10k of medical debt hanging over our head and collecting interest. So this move will put us in a MUCH better financial position, if we can just get help making this jump.
