Jeff's Last Journey
Donation protected
As most of you know, my brother Jeffrey Marhefka passed away today November 4, 2015 on his 44th birthday surrounded by his entire family.
The love that is felt for this man is beyond anything imaginable and our family is completely devastated.
We miss our brother, my mother yearns for her son, my niece's are desperate to hug their father one last time.
Jeffrey was the most generous man I have ever known. He would give you his last penny if it meant he'd see you smile.
Many people have reached out to us and showered us in an incredible amount of love. For that, we are all beyond thankful.
I'm not one to ask for help, actually I never ask for help but I am someone who NEEDS to do something to help others and I know what it's like to be helpless.
Finances are always an issue when it comes to giving a loved one the perfect send off. At this time our expenses for my brother's funeral services are over $10000.
We are asking that if you find it in your heart to do something, this is what you could do.
Anything will make a difference.
Even if you cannot donate, please feel free to share this.
Thank you and please, please, please keep Jeff in your hearts and my family in your prayers.
I would like to add the process in which this money will be disbursed because I feel that those contributing need to understand.
Some family members and close friends of Jeffrey have put up the costs through whatever means they could. Our main goal will be to give that money back to the pockets it came from. I cannot imagine it exceeding the donation amount but if it does, our family will meet and discuss how to best invest that money with Jeffery's wishes at the forefront of our minds.
Please forgive me as this process is very new and puts us completely out of our element.
Thank you all for your kindness and generosity.
