AC Boys U15 soccer ~ National Cup in Orlando

Hello-

The AC Connecticut Boys U15 soccer team has had a fantastic season. They have amassed a 2022 Spring record of 21 wins, 4 losses and 3 ties by scoring an amazing 85 goals in 28 games. They attended numerous tournaments placing as a semifinalist or finalist, securing 2nd place in their Academy League Division as well as winning the 2022 CT State Cup to qualify for the Eastern Regionals. The winner of the Regionals earns their spot at the National Cup as one of the top 16 teams in the Country.

And that is exactly what the Boys did. After traveling to West Virginia, we spent a week there advancing from the group stage, winning 5-0 in the quarterfinals, 4-3 in the semifinals and knocking off a really good Potomac Blue (Maryland) team 2-1 in overtime of the finals. They earned their crown of being the #1 team in the Eastern Region of the U.S.

All of this being said, now is their time to represent CT and the East Region at Nationals. This is an extreme honor and we are so thrilled to be in this Cup with a chance to bring the Nations trophy back to CT. This sporting event is going to involve a lot of logistics, travel costs as well as events for the 17 Players. We ask if you can so kindly help us to subsidize some of these expenses by contributing to our fundraiser.
