Abused pitbull left to die in cemetery

Forrest a 2 year old pitbull abused, starved, neglected, and abandoned left to die in cemetery in Malden Mass . Forrest is a loving girl who deserves the chance of a better life than what she has lived in the past,  medical is rising for her care as both knees have been injured leaving no option but surgery on both. Help me help her lets be her voice and heart for a life filled with love and health.
