Abused Doberman second chance - medical and foster supplies

As shared on Nextdoor, this young Dobbie was being badly beat with a golf club (photo attached) by a homeless man for several months with several witnesses. Reports say he was also breeding him often. One day the Dobbie ran away and we found him emaciated, quivering under the highway in the pouring rain. He jumped right into our car terrified. We had him assessed by our trainer and he is an absolute dream, young and gorgeous. He’s great with dogs (we have pics and videos), horses, kids and cats. He desperately needs a foster and above all the funds for medical care and foster supplies, all of which receipts can be provided for.
