Starting over after abuse

This is going to be the hardest thing for me to write and share. I am scared to show my face due to increase panic and fear. Many of you that know me as fun and outgoing and always there to help others. Some may say you would have never guessed it. I would be the first to say I would have never guessed it too...but here we are.

Having to come on here and talk about it is gut wrenching. Embarrassing and something I told myself I would never do.
