"Hi Im Kimberly (Kim, Kimann, Scott, Nanu) for those of you that may not know me personally, thank you for been here even if it is just to read, like or share, and for those of you that I don't know, I'm glad your here too;"

The last time I was in the hospital (dec 2022) for a long period of time, I lost my baby Kailyn. Grief set in, but once I was mentally better, I told myself I would live every day to the fullest. I've learned to value every walking moment, because anything can change in an instant. Most people don't know, but I've been type 2 diabetic for quite some time. I've fought through infections, had to undergo surgery which resulted in lifestyle changes, to avoid my whole body being septic. Within the last year, I discovered that my kidneys started to fail. Now I am at stage five chronic kidney disease. I am preparing myself to get a caterer that will go in my stomach cavity to start peritoneal dialysis, in order to do what my kidneys are no longer doing. If you know me, you know I am a mother before anything. I am not sure what mountains are ahead or what's to come, but I am definitely a fighter, that will never change. I do know there has already been and will continue to be days where I'm exhausted or have to miss work, which will cause a financial burden. At this time, I am waiting to be placed on the transplant list and go through those steps to do so. I am finding that every journey is different, some people get kidneys in maybe 6 months while others have been waiting for years, so I will always remain hopeful. I come to you as myself, very transparent, most people know only the happy Kim. I decided to put myself out there, more than before. I am asking for any type of financial help, to support me on the hard days ahead. I am still in the process of figuring out the full scope of the expenses involved in my transplant journey, including surgery, hospital stays, anti-rejection medications, long -term aftercare, lost wages, travel cost. The unexpected expenses or anything else I may not know or fully understand yet as I continue this journey.

I appreciate anything monetary, a share even a like or acknowledgement. I am forever humbly grateful! As i continue to fight. Please bare with me as even doing this was hard for me I'm a bit confused and worried. Support in itself is enough for me. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
