Hi there, I'm Hal. I'm 20, living with my mother (Pretty much my only surviving close family member,) and going to college to hopefully get a job to help not only me, but my mother so that we can live comfortably. Most of my life, we've struggled with finances. There have been times where we've been threatened with the possibility of homelessness, but have been bailed out by some miracle. Unfortunately, it seems that time has come back with no miracle to follow. My mother's disability has been suspended with no possible way to appeal thanks to the circumstances beyond our control that have occurred within the past few weeks. Rent is due in about 17 days, as well as many other bills. With winter coming within 2 months, survival on the streets seems impossible.
