Abolish Deportations - Justice for Dalia
Donate to fight the deportation threats against Dalia Mahlies, a Black Egyptian trans woman and abolitionist student.
Dalia is a revolutionary who fights for justice, liberation and abolition. She creates community and safety. She is a comrade, a friend, a girlfriend, a wife, and an inspiration. We love her, we trust her, we fight with her, we suffer together and especially we enjoy moments together. She is beautiful.
But now the German state wants to deport, silence and punish her. They try to use her as a scapegoat to stop the fights against transmisogynoir, colonialism, empire, zionism and genocides. The fights for freedom and liberation.
She got a letter from the immigration office with racist threats against her existence, built on circumstantial evidences and lies, telling her to leave the country after the end of the summer semester. They fear her because she tells the truth. Because she gives hope and power to the people.
But we can't let that happen. We have to stand together and support her.
Dalia got kicked out of many spaces because she told the truth. For being a Black Egyptian trans woman. For being herself.
We have to collect 20 000 Euro for the fight to stop the deportation.
We collect for:
- immigration lawyers
- other legal costs
- ongoing costs she needs
- reparations
We demand:
Immediate halt to deportation threats against Dalia Mahlies, a Black Egyptian trans woman and abolitionist student.
Full protection for all student activists facing political persecution — including those under investigation, on trial, in detention, in classrooms or facing immigration retaliation — who are targeted for their political speech or organizing.
Abolish the global border regime—no deportations, no Frontex, no WissZeitVG*, no imperial migration laws — Reparations for this continued colonialism and slavery of the body, mind and soul of the mother continent.
Uphold The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel.
Global solidarity with anti-colonial resistance, and against its criminalization.
