As many of you may have heard a innocent had occurred at our park on Saturday.
This beautiful three year old girl as well as two others were involved in a terrible accident this last Saturday at the Harmony Sports Complex in Vancouver, Washington. While preparing to watch her brother’s baseball game, a significant gust of wind overturned an equipment shed which trapped Abigail underneath it. As a result, she suffered multiple fractures in both of her legs which required emergency surgery to set and reduce the fractures.
The others effected are ok and were sent home after being checked out at the hospital.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Abigail and all of the families and player that were effected by this traumatic event.
WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR HELP
We are trying to raise as much money as we can, as families, friends, and the community for this amazing girl and equally amazing family to help defray and possibly cover the costs associated with this accident. Please imagine the difficulty of taking care of their little girl, and the overwhelming emotions that come with that, in addition to worrying about how this will impact their family financially.
As much or as little as you are willing and able to contribute will make an incredible difference for this family for whom we care for so very much. Thank you for your compassion and willingness to help!

Abigail is a warm-hearted, sassy three year old from Vancouver, Washington. Abigail is extremely fond of Disney Princesses, babies, Doc McStuffins, and Bubble Guppies. Perhaps to a certain extent, she is fond of tormenting her older brother Charlie, and older sister, Bonnie. What is for certain is that she is extremely loved and super amazing!
Imagine a loved-one, who is merely three years old, suffering such a traumatic event. Her brave face, full of tears, struggling to endure the pain; scared and unaware of what has taken place. Each one of us in an instant would take her pain and make it our own if we could. Even after experiencing what she has, Abigail remains extremely brave and stronger than ever. Her spirit is high, her face is smiling, and in the words of her parents Adam and KC, “just as sassy and warm-hearted as ever!” Abigail has been showered with an abundance of love and support from many individuals including family, friends, and community members who care so deeply about this little girl.
Abigail has a difficult road of recovery ahead which will likely include follow up doctor’s visits and regular rehabilitation therapy. The insurmountable cost of her hospital treatment and follow up care will undoubtedly leave their family with an overwhelming responsibility to account for.
