Abigail has been there for us, now it’s our turn!

After an extended difficult time dealing with extreme weakness and exhaustion, Abigail had to be taken to the hospital on 10/25, only to discover that she was severely anemic and had been for weeks, possibly months. When admitted she required a large blood transfusion which luckily cleared up some of the issues as of now. The hospital staff brushed it off as “period stuff” (boo to the patriarchy and these doctors) but it is reasonable to believe that there may be something else going on which is still a concern. However, Abby is uninsured. Between missing weeks of work, the industry already seeing a huge pay cut with the pandemic, and the ensuing hospital bills this has become an even more stressful situation.
We all know that times are tough right now. There is no doubt about it, but ask yourself the simple question: Would Abigail be there for you if the situation were reversed? If so, then there is a lot you can do! Donate what you used to spend on a cup of coffee or a shot & a beer, SHARE this on all of your social medias.
In these trying times the only ways we can survive is through supporting each other. We need to be there for one another because our government is not. Texas’s unemployment is a joke, the Senate cares more about a press op than what we are going through, so we must take care of one another any way possible.
Abigail needs this money to cover rent, groceries, transportation to work that is safe (amidst a pandemic), and other necessities. Please help in anyway that you can. I made this gofundme for Abigail with her permission.
Thank you in advance for helping!
- Update- With the overwhelming response, I raised the goal a bit, originally this was made just to get Abby back on her feet, but if you could help incredibly high medical costs it would help a lot too.
Love,
Trevin & Beth and Abigail, Herbert, & Christopher (the cat)
