Hi I'm Hannah and I've been helping for free my lovely pal Abi through some particularly hideous family law proceedings in England. But we need to appeal a shocking recent decision by a Circuit Judge to the High court... The Judgment included a costs order against her for trying to protect her child (she literally has zero cash... she and son have been using food banks )
Now i know we sometimes get things wrong in Family Courts...but this wrong.. by this senior a judge ..!!??
We've had quite a good quote back from lovely direct access barrister for representation on her appeal. But, you know, it's law and it's still going to be £2-3K plus VAT (i'm obvs in the wrong area of law ...)
My man JB came up with cracking idea - that if we switch bank accounts to Lloyds or Nationwide etc we get £200 odd to donate WOOOOO. Yes it's a ball ache. But worth doing it we reckon. Can anyone else be arsed to do the same? Or indeed to do no bank switching and just donate £1 or £1,000,000?
Brilliant if you can donate - NW if you can't - just thanks for reading and for considering xx
