Hi my name is Leo , on the 23rd of September my father went into the hospital because he had passed out at the gas station do to not feeling well , as he was in there I had received a call from him letting me know that he was not feeling well and if I can call the hospital to see what was going on . In the middle of me trying to contact the hospital he had suffered cardiac arrest but was revived. The hospital contacted me to let me know as I was trying to get a hold of my relatives because I was out of town . Cardiac arrest happened again after that and the doctors said that they are doing what they can. At 8:25pm I get the lat call of my father not responding no more do to a clog in his Lungs that prevented him from breathing as-well and didn’t make it. It all just happened at once that we were not prepared to face something as serious as this. He was a loved father and brother and a loved friend . We are in need of a financial breakthrough to help cover his funeral cost , ANYTHING HELPS .
