My friend, Abdul Karim is trying to raise funds to support him and his family with basic human needs like food. After the war, Abdul Karim would like to use part of the money to pursue his education abroad to hope for a better future.

Message from Abdul Karim:

I am Abdul Karim Shaaban Mahmoud Mayma and I am 19 years old. My family consists of 15 members. We were displaced more than once from the north of the Gaza Strip after our house was bombed. We were in the west of Gaza City at the beginning of the war, then we were displaced before the ground invasion to the north of Gaza City, and once again we were forced to move south to the city of Khan Yunis, until the occupation came in the city of Khan Yunis, so we were forced to flee again. We are now living in Nuseirat in a tent. Our situation has gotten worse, due to lack of food but also how expensive the basic necessities are. We survive on canned food.

Since we lost our house, our life became unbearable, between the cold and hunger, it has also deprived us of that sense of being safe and peaceful.
