In November 2022, my sister Abby was diagnosed with Stage 3 breast cancer. After over a year of intensive medical procedures—including a double mastectomy, lymph node removals, radiation, and chemotherapy—Abby’s battle continues. At 40 years old, she has faced these challenges, all while living with MS for nearly 15 years and being a devoted single mother to her 14-year-old daughter.

This month, we received the heartbreaking news that Abby’s cancer is terminal, with a prognosis of "weeks to months." We are devastated and doing everything we can to support her and keep her comfortable. Abby has spent a lot of time in the hospital due to cancerous fluid buildup and tumor growth, undergoing numerous procedures to manage her condition.
