Hello All! As many of you know, the last 10 months have been hard for our family with Mom in the nursing home. Abby has been doing an amazing job living on her own and making daily visits to see Mom. She has made friends with the employees and Mom’s fellow residents at Amberwood Manor. Unfortunately, she has lost half of the monthly income by Mom going on Medicaid, and after 26 years at her job, she doesn’t make enough money to pay rent and utilities.

In addition, their landlord notified us that he is retiring after many, many years of being an amazing landlord and selling their house. But don’t fret, Abby’s older siblings have a plan for her, but first, we need to take care of some past due payments for her.

There are also some charges from the nursing home that have popped up that need to be taken care of as well. We have been paying some of their bills, but we are tapped out.
