Abby's (second) Surgery

Hi everyone-
If you know me, then you know two things:
I am stubborn and I love my dogs more than anything (besides Traci).
Some may remember that not too long ago, Abby needed surgery to get a cyst that turned necrotic removed. Surgery happened, I'm still paying it off, and she healed fantastic.

Well, she has another cyst -- which is looking like its taking a turn to necrotic (based off color and similarity to the last one). So, the logical step is surgery, again.
The vet I go to and trust my pets with is also heavily recommending dental surgery as Abby has some bad plaque build up. SO.. what's the point?

The point is, I need help. I don't like seeing my old lady baby in pain and I can see it on her face on the days that the skin around the cysts are inflamed that she is miserable.

The surgery is easily ~$1200 and as I'm paying off the first one still, credit is a no go.
