U21 Indoor Netball World Cup – Abby Miles
My name is Abby Miles, I'm 20 years old and netball has been my passion from an early age.
Having been released by England Netball, I am now able to announce that after trials/months of training, I have been selected for the England Nets U21 Squad.
Nets is a variation of netball that is fast, non-stop and very tactical. Although there are similarities with the rules of standard 7 a side netball, there are obviously a number of differences as well. The most obvious of these is that the game is played within an enclosed high-tension cage, or ‘nets’.
I have been selected to represent England Nets U21 at the Indoor Netball World Cup in Capetown, South Africa. This will take place from 4th-10th August 2019. The England U21 squad will fly out 30th July 2019 and return on 12th August.
The trip is self-funding, I am looking for donations to help raise funds needed for my trip which will enable me to fulfil my dream in representing my country.
All sponsorship/donations will help towards the cost of flights, accommodation and travel. As well as supporting my training sessions and weekend camps leading up to this event.
With this, I will continue to work hard in trying to achieve Gold for England. Any donations would be greatly appreciated, I would love for you to be a part of my journey in your support.
At this time I wish to share my gratitude to those that have already sponsored/donated and those who have supported me in my netball journey previous years:
Smarter-Media Digital-Agency
SocMedSup
GOATx
Ntegra
Eteach
Doing it for Dan
GLL Sport Foundation
Finer Filters
The Joanna Brown Trust
The Carto Group
And thanks to CocoPro for providing me with your low sugar, protein-packed coconut water.
Thanks,
Abby Miles
