It’s been over a month since Abby first went to the ER for abdominal pain. That ER visit quickly turned into an admission that then led to a late night life flight to continue her medical care in Washington. Abby has now spent the majority of her days hospitalized; undergoing various procedures, in immense pain and discomfort all the while separated from her beautiful little girls. This season has been painful and heartbreaking in more ways than one. We’ve reached the place in the difficult journey where we can now identify what’s needed and ask for help. This fundraiser will be used for medical and travel expenses as well as any childcare and household needs that may arise. Abby and Cole are the kind of people who show up for those around them and I cannot wait to see all the ways that this wonderful community of friends and family show up for them.
