i have animals of my own and struggling with costs to help this little man

his story is as follows….

Hi guys I’m not sure if anyone can help ???

We have this poor boy who has been abandoned over the past 10/12 weeks his owner was taken into a care home and no family have been around to check in the cat, he has bonded with us over the past 8 weeks he was dirty, full of cuts and bits missing from his ears.

He comes a few times a day to eat and sleeps under the bush at night

We have been in touch with a few places and no one is able to help or suggesting we get him neutered and put back on the streets which I’m not willing to do as he will be more vulnerable in this weather.

He seems a older boy he is a bit timid until he gets to know you

We have been calling him scruffy and he comes to the name bless him

We can’t keep him in due to our own animals. But I have taken him in tonight as he has been in another fight and he is really dirty and cold.

If anyone could point us in the right direction or can offer him some help please let us know, homes will be checked and vetted as we don’t want this poor baby to get into the wrong hands.

‼️ Update:

Scruffy has had a bath

He has had his eyes and ears cleaned so much dirt and dried blood from his fights ☹️

When I wash brushing him he decided to curl up in my lap and decided it was sleep time

He has had some dinner

He has been the perfect gentleman he hasn’t moaned or protested once!

NEW NAME - TOBY no longer a scruffy boy

Just about to give him some flea treatment to make sure he is protected even though he hasn’t got none luckily

we have had a donation of food, bowl and blankets

another kind lady has offered to pay for him to be neutered

so we just need help with his costs with food wet and dry, litter for his toilet

vet check and vaccines.

so we can get him help and on the right road to finding his forever home

Sleepy baby

We went out and got Toby some more food and litter, we have tried some other biscuits as he’s struggling to eat the ones we got him the other day, he has got a tooth missing and half of his top big tooth missing so we are going to get the vet to have a look.

Toby has got the vets tomorrow to be neutered

Monday 20th October, a massive thank you to the lady who is paying for this it is much appreciated. We just need to get Toby chipped and up to date with all his Jabs.
