Cindy & Betty Lou Who — Dumped, Freezing, and Fighting for a Second Chance
We’re raising funds for two incredibly sweet girls, now named Cindy and Betty Lou Who, who were found dumped and abandoned in below-freezing temperatures at a local barn. They were discovered huddled together, shivering, scared, and completely alone—left with no history, no background information, and not even name tags or ages. Someone simply threw them away without hesitation.
Another dog dumped with them has already found a home, but Cindy and Betty are still waiting for their miracle.
Thankfully, the owner of the property acted quickly and compassionately. They brought the girls inside, gave them baths, warm food, soft blankets, sweaters, and the first love these two had likely felt in a very long time, if ever. Despite everything they’ve endured, they remain gentle, affectionate, and incredibly bonded. But now, they desperately need medical care.
Both girls require:
• Vaccines
• Spay surgery
• Microchipping
• Bloodwork
• Deworming
But each of them is also facing individual medical concerns that can’t wait:
❗️ Cindy has a mammary tumor that will require further testing to determine if it's benign or something more serious.
❗️ Betty Lou Who has a hard lump on her nose as well as hair loss that needs to be evaluated and treated.
These girls have already survived being thrown away. We want to give them the chance to truly live—but we can’t do it without your help.
Cindy and Betty Lou Who didn’t choose their past, but together, we can change their future. Your kindness can give them the medical attention they urgently need and the safe, loving life they deserve.
Thank you so much for helping us help them.
Every share, every dollar, and every bit of compassion matters! ❤️
