Michelle Medical Expenses

Hi, I am Michelle Blake's mom, Shannon and today I am grateful. Michelle was in a horrible car accident Thursday evening on Hwy 377. She is very blessed and lucky to be alive. God was watching out for her, and we are very thankful that she is still here with us.

She has a neck fracture and will be in a neck brace for approximately three months, in six weeks she will go see the neurosurgeon to make sure everything is healing and that she does not need surgery. Due to this accident, she is unable to work, and it is impacting her daily activities immensely.

Michelle does not have health insurance, so I started this GoFundMe to assist with medical expenses, such as hospital bills, the neurosurgeon, ambulance ride, the array of tests performed at the hospital, etc.

Yes, she was at fault, she ran into a 40-ft flatbed trailer that was pulling into a hay field.

No, she was not drinking or on her phone, it was an unfortunate accident that occurred on one of the most dangerous roads in Grayson County. She does have car insurance that includes $2,500 of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) we all know that won't go far.
