Hi my name is Christina, girlfriend of AARON BERRY who is a union millwright and former arm wrestler. I have started the GO FUND ME to help him with medical and other costs. He recently, unexpectedly, suffered a mild stroke affecting his right side. He has been in the hospital since July 5th. While waiting transition to rehab and fighting the complication to get his insurance processed, he contracted an infection in his left arm due to a faulty IV port and injection. This seriously incapacitated movement of his left arm other than ability to move his hand only to his waste and no further. He could barely answer his phone. This also limited his ability to walk. This has been an extremely difficult time for him as we were expecting his full recovery from the stroke but to only have the infection set him back.
