Hearing the words, “you have non-curable cancer, metastatic cancer in its advanced stage” was the worst news Aaron Kitzmiller received in May 2016, after beating breast cancer in 2007. Aaron has had to take a leave from his job and apply for disability. His wife, the love of his life, Juli-Ann is also on disability due to debilitating health conditions. The emotional, mental, spiritual, physical and financial burden and struggles it creates is unimaginable. Cancer affects not only the patient but the whole circle of family and other loved ones. Although insurance will cover some of his medical costs, there will be other medical and various bills for the family to endure over this stressful time.

Aaron is a hardcore fan of OSU football. He loves OSU football almost more than his wife and their dogs. He has been married for 6 years to his sweetheart, Juli-Ann. He shares a stepson, Joshua. They have two precious dogs, Mollie and Max. He has always loved going to the beach for some R&R and hang out with his close loved ones. This once again teaches every one of us to live every day to the max for none of us are promised tomorrow.
