Hi, I have set up this fundraiser for a multitude of reasons. Both for myself and the handful of charities that I do throughout the year. You may be new to my page or you may be a long time friend. Yet, many have asked how they can either contribute to the information I share, the products I send out for free and my donation programs when I post about them. ( Aaron Kay on Facebook ) I considered doing a private subscription page that would bring in money for the below mentioned, however that did not seem fair to hold back info and stories to some who made not be able to go a monthly subscription. Even more so, it didn’t seem fair that I got to choose where your hard earned money went. So this is what I have decided. Once a month I’ll post a fundraiser. There will be a list of charities that I do and myself that you can donate to. Then at the end of the month I’ll publish the donation amounts and share what I have done with the money. Example : You donate $5 - Make a more that say $1 goes to myself and $4 goes to the family meal plan. 1. Donations to myself - This will be money going directly to myself. If you’ve wanted to contribute to the page, have received products from me and want to pass it on, are looking for new and improved videos and posts, this is your spot. This will allow me to do more, take more time with people individually and improve my photo/video and editing making posts easier to follow and more step by step. This will also mean, the increase of products made and sent out for free. 2. Donations to The Family Meal Plan - Multiple times a year (primarily on bigger holidays) I do family meals. Which meals a full head to toe meat, to veggies, to sides and bread meats dropped off to families who would otherwise never have that. This last Christmas we hit 61 families . There were a lot more in need as always. This will allow me to expand that ability and improves the lives of a few families on those special days. 3. Donations to Sanitation For The Homeless - This one is big, probably the most appreciated and easiest to accomplish. That ranges from tooth brush and pastes, to tampons and pads, to soaps. These items are rarely at any shelter and are in big need, especially women’s sanitation devices. The ability to bring in more money to buy in bulk means more goes out to people in need. 4. Donation to Aaron’s Animals - No, this isn’t going to my personal dogs or animals, all of you know my love for my dogs and feelings towards animals in general. Dogs and animals however are expensive to treat, bring back from up North (in Canada) , feed , home and re home. This money will go to no kill animal shelters for food and supplies, it will go to shots and spays or neutering. Last year (2018) some went to a family’s pets treatment who otherwise would have been put down because they didn’t have the funds. All of these are close to my heart. This was the best and most accountable way I believe a fundraiser could be established. Thank you for your time in reading this!
