Fix Aaron's broken jaw

On May 15th, 2016, my fiancée was pitching in his high school alumni softball tournament. He got a line drive to the face due to a faulty bat. He broke his sinus and his upper and bottom jaw. With me being laid off and his insurance only covering 70% we can't afford to go forward with it. They need $5000 upfront before they even begin. If the jaw heals, it will be an even more painful surgery so it's a time thing as well. Anything would be appreciated.
