On July 22nd, our beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and dear friend Aaron Barrett died unexpectedly and tragically in an industrial electrical accident at work. Aaron was a skilled electrician, working alongside his father since he was eighteen.
When he was not at work, Aaron loved to draw, paint, and sketch whenever he could. Oftentimes, he would sketch something that he saw during the day, and then take it home to finish it later. Aaron also loved anything to do with the ocean. A skilled sailor, Aaron bravely embarked on any challenge that came our way.
Aaron was a loving, dedicated, single father to his two young children, Aden, age 10, and Matthew, age 8. Aaron loved spending time with his boys. Aaron will be reunited with his beloved sister Carolann, who also died at a young age in 2009. Aaron was 34.
